If signing in does not work

The most common causes can be checked in a minute before you write to us:

• Has your account been confirmed yet? After registering we send an email containing a confirmation link. Until that link has been clicked, signing in is not possible. Check your spam folder if it has not arrived.
• Did you originally register with Google? In that case only the Google sign-in will work, not entering an email address and password – there simply is no separate password for that account.
• Is the email address correct? A second, private address or a typo in the domain part is the most common mix-up, especially if you use several mailboxes.
• Is caps lock on, or a different keyboard layout active? Passwords are case-sensitive, and special characters sit elsewhere depending on the layout.

Forgotten your password

You can set a new one yourself via Reset your password – we send a link to the email address of your account. We never need your password itself and will never ask for it. If that still does not get you back in, write to us via the contact page.

Keeping your access secure

We will never request your password by email, phone or chat. If you receive a message that does exactly that, or that sends you to a sign-in screen via a link, do not enter anything there. Open klarofin.de directly in your browser instead and sign in as usual. Also use a password for KlaroFin that you use nowhere else: if another service is compromised, your account here stays unaffected.

What awaits you after signing in

In the dashboard your areas sit side by side: quotes and invoices including reminders, receipts and expenses, customer and contact management, plus the tax figures for the VAT return and the income-surplus statement. Alongside that there is a personal cash book for private finances, evaluated separately from the business side. Everything you record can be exported – as a PDF for your own records or as CSV for your tax advisor.
